Many are based in their country of origin. If they live in a foreign country, they must prove that they are regularly in touch with their culture and keeping abreast of developments in their language.
Each and every person we recruit is carefully vetted by INTER-COM.
Selection of personnel for each project is made by experience and familiarity with the particular subject matter.
